SHIPPING POLICY AT SATTVA RITUALS


From the moment we confirm the payment of the order (it is confirmed
making the purchase by PayPal or credit card), we pack it
and we confirm with our transport agency the collection of the same so that
the shipment is made.

This delivery time may vary in the following situations:


- If the shipment is not to Peninsular Spain, it can vary between 4 and 10 days.


- If the shipment coincides with dates of high volume demand (Black Friday,

vacations, etc.).


- 90% of shipments arrive within the specified deadlines, however, shipping companies

NOTE: Shipments are not made to post office boxes.

In case of breakage during shipping


If you have received a package and there is something broken, don't worry, please do the following:

RETURN POLICY
