What is the delivery time if I place my order today?Normally shipments to the peninsula have a delivery time of between 48 and 72 working hours, although there are several factors that influence the delivery time. In our "Shipping and returns" section you will find more detailed information.

Where is my order?Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Shipments can be continued by logging into "my account" and through the "my orders" option. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification and you can start tracking it.
